ประกาศความเป็นส่วนตัวเกี่ยวกับการบันทึกและจัดเก็บข้อมูลจากกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV)

1. วัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดเก็บข้อมูล

เราติดตั้งกล้องวงจรปิดในจุดสำคัญต่างๆ ภายใน แสงจ้าฟาร์ม (เช่น ทางเข้า-ออก, ร้านคาเฟ่, สวนโกโก้ และพื้นที่กางเต็นท์) ด้วยวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้:

  • เพื่อความปลอดภัย: ป้องกันและเฝ้าระวังอุบัติเหตุหรือเหตุการณ์ที่อาจเป็นอันตรายต่อผู้เยี่ยมชม แขกที่มาพัก และพนักงาน

  • เพื่อปกป้องทรัพย์สิน: ป้องกันการบุกรุก การโจรกรรม หรือความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้นกับทรัพย์สินของฟาร์ม อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ และผลผลิตโกโก้

  • เพื่อคุณภาพการบริการ: ใช้ตรวจสอบและปรับปรุงการบริการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าแขกทุกท่านจะได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดภายในฟาร์ม

  • เพื่อการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย: เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐานประกอบการดำเนินการทางกฎหมาย กรณีเกิดอุบัติเหตุหรือเหตุอาชญากรรมภายในพื้นที่

2. ข้อมูลที่เราจัดเก็บและระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา

  • ประเภทข้อมูล: ภาพเคลื่อนไหว (และเสียงในบางจุด) ที่บันทึกโดยระบบกล้องวงจรปิดของเรา

  • ระยะเวลาจัดเก็บ: เราจะเก็บรักษาข้อมูลไว้เป็นเวลา 30 วัน

  • การลบข้อมูล: เมื่อครบกำหนดระยะเวลาดังกล่าว ระบบจะทำการบันทึกทับหรือลบข้อมูลโดยอัตโนมัติ เว้นแต่กรณีที่มีการดำเนินการทางกฎหมายที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ข้อมูลนั้นเป็นหลักฐาน

3. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลแก่บุคคลที่สาม

เราจะเก็บข้อมูลของคุณไว้เป็นความลับ อย่างไรก็ตาม เราอาจเปิดเผยภาพจากกล้องวงจรปิดในกรณีที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น เช่น:

  3. สิทธิในการขอให้ลบหรือระงับการใช้ข้อมูล (ภายใต้เงื่อนไขที่กฎหมายกำหนด)

  4. สิทธิในการขอแก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้อง

  5. สิทธิในการร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล หากพบว่ามีการละเมิดสิทธิ

Privacy Notice for CCTV Data Collection at Saengcha Farm

Saengcha Farm (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our visitors, guests, and employees. To ensure a safe and welcoming environment at our farm, cafe, and activity areas, we would like to inform you about our use of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

1. Why we collect your data

We use CCTV cameras to monitor specific areas within Saengcha Farm (such as the entrance, cafe, cocoa plantation, and campsite) for the following reasons:

  • Security & Safety: To protect our visitors, guests, and staff from potential accidents or dangerous incidents.

  • Asset Protection: To prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage to farm property, equipment, and our cocoa crops.

  • Service Quality: To monitor and improve the quality of our services and ensure a smooth experience for everyone at the farm.

  • Legal Compliance: To provide evidence to government authorities or law enforcement in the event of an accident or crime occurring on our premises.

2. What data we collect and how long we keep it

  • Type of Data: Video recordings (and in some areas, audio) captured by our CCTV system.

  • Retention Period: We typically store this data for 30 days.

  • Data Deletion: After this period, the recordings are automatically overwritten or permanently deleted, unless required for ongoing legal proceedings.

3. Sharing your information

We keep your recordings confidential. However, we may share footage with third parties in limited cases:

  • Security Providers: Authorized staff or companies responsible for our security systems.

  • Legal Authorities: Law enforcement, courts, or government officials when requested by law or for legal proceedings.
